Zach having orthepedic surgery this morning and we'll be waiting for a report when he gets out.
Zach will be kind of "out of things" for the next few days, but sometime next week, we're hopeful he'll be moved into another room where he can accept visitors.
Wow! Zach is one tough kid! Seeing the pictures of the car makes us ill. We just wanted to let you know that we were thinking about you Nancy and your sweet family. Zach has been in our prayers daily. We pray you will all feel some peace and comfort at this time. Vicki has been great at keeping Adam posted, but please let us know if we can do anything at all! Hang in there! You can get through this! We love you!
ReplyDeleteThe statement of 2 steps forward 1 step back is very true and is expected. It takes time for the body to adjust to changes, and it is hard when it has so much healing to do. Expect setbacks. But they are not insurmountable. Lots of faith, love and good nursing and he will pull through just fine. That is the good thing about youth, they heal well.
